3. From the CD start-up menu, select your language, then

installation, and then click the link under software installation

to launch the installer.

4. Use the

Next and Back buttons to navigate through the

installer.

5. To close the CD start-up menu, click the

exit option in the

lower right corner of the window.

4. Inserting the AirCard USB modem

1. If the battery and the SIM card are not already inserted in

your AirCard modem, insert them. (See ”1. Inserting the

battery” and“2. Inserting the SIM card” on page 23.)

2. Insert the AirCard modem into the USB slot:

a. Slide the lever on the back of the AirCard modem in

the direction indicated by the triangle to release the

modem's USB connector.

b. Adjust the USB connector to the desired angle. The

USB connector is adjustable to a 90, 135, or 160 degree

angle.

c. Gently insert the modem into the USB slot. (Alterna-

tively, you can attach the docking cradle to your

computer’s USB slot, and insert the AirCard modem

into the docking cradle.)
